I have a confession for you.

I’ve been keeping a huge secret on this blog. Not intentionally, though.

See, yoga is a big part of my life.  It wasn’t until my friend and yoga instructor, Melody, asked me to write a guest post for her that I realized I’d never discussed it on my blog! I promise I’m going to change that from here on out.
