Easy Pork Chop Dinner Recipe: Pork Chops with a Cherry-Cranberry Sauce

- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 Pork Chops (I like thin-cut for this recipe)
- 1 cup frozen, pitted sweet cherries
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 tsp coarse mustard
- 1 pinch glucomanan (optional thickening agent)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Heat your butter in a large skillet on medium
Add pork chops, salt, and pepper, and cook until done (approx. 10 min)
Remove pork chops from skillet. Cover.
Combine cherries, cranberry juice, and mustard in skillet and cook until sauce is bubbly
Optional: to thicken your sauce, add a pinch of glucomanan and stir well.
