  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 6 Pork Chops (I like thin-cut for this recipe)
  • 1 cup frozen, pitted sweet cherries
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp coarse mustard
  • 1 pinch glucomanan (optional thickening agent)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  • Heat your butter in a large skillet on medium
  • Add pork chops, salt, and pepper, and cook until done (approx. 10 min)
  • Remove pork chops from skillet. Cover.
  • Combine cherries, cranberry juice, and mustard in skillet and cook until sauce is bubbly
  • Optional: to thicken your sauce, add a pinch of glucomanan and stir well.
